The PAC board referenced in the notice is an integral part of your chamber control system.  Failure of this part will disable the conditioning system of your chamber which will result in downtime if a direct replacement is not available.  We recommend evaluation of your existing equipment to develop a plan of action prior to or in the event of a PAC board failure.

Replacement PAC boards are available for a limited time and will be provided on a first come / first serve basis.  This purchase will only be a short term solution for your control panel.  Currently in stock at our factory in Raleigh North Carolina are approximately 82 units.

Due to the overall age of your control panel, Environmental Specialties encourages you to consider a long term solution of control panel replacement which offers the latest  technology.  This replacement panel will include the CCS Touch Screen Control which will include many features not available with your current control system.  The CCS Touch Screen Control offers:

• Real-time trending of temperature and humidity parameters and setpoints.  The trend graphs can be printed by pressing an on-screen print icon and connecting an optional printer.
• Interface USB port for data transfer to printer or removable memory stick allows export and import of profiles, alarm files, audit trail files, and other data files.
• Conformance to the FDA 21 CFR 11 requirements for data recording, audit trails of controller settings modification, alarm history logs, operator event logs and secure file transfers.
• Ethernet connectivity allows for remote viewing of chamber process variables and alarms through a web browser.
• Independent, adjustable high and low alarm set points for temperature and humidity with time delay action for each alarm parameter.
• “Intelligent” adaptive defrost timer; time or temperature initiated and time or temperature terminated.
• Adjustable electric heater on-delay.
• “Intelligent” enabling / disabling of humidification and dehumidification.
• Solid state, “zero switching” outputs, for refrigeration and humidity control.
• Proportional control valve outputs for refrigeration or chilled water control.
• Mechanical A / B switching / cycling for existing conditioning system redundancy.
• Optional Ramping capability of temperature and humidity
