Warranty

 

ES warrants our chambers and their complete conditioning system and parts will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year. Within the warranty period, ES will repair or replace any defective component. Custom and extended warranties are available upon request.


ES understands the criticality of your equipment and has a 7 day a week, 24-hour Emergency Service Hotline. If your call is not returned within 1 hour, your second call to our Emergency Service Hotline is directed to our Management Team for immediate response.


ES has established Regional Service Centers to enable us to provide the best possible service to our customers in each major geographical region. Whenever possible, Warranty Service is handled using our own local ES Service Technicians who are familiar with your equipment. ES trains and authorizes third party service groups to perform warranty repair when required. Our technicians are on call to respond to your emergency service needs and can respond to an emergency need within 8 hours to most locations. Non-Emergency service calls average response time is within 24 hours.
